It is Project Pergola time at The Lazy Vegan...the foreman started to build a pergola today to hang over our propane tank/garbage enclosure. It is a big job involving some heavy pieces of lumber, and so far it is looking great! These photos are just the beginning...I'll try to do a blog posting tomorrow or the next day with the progression of the pergola!
This is something the foreman has talked about doing for some time.

The view from the upstairs bathroom.

Photos in reverse order: Bravo bravely went into the corral today, no doubt in search of hoof trimmings- he had no idea that he had company on the other side of the barn!

The donkeys were very aware that he was right there.

Boulder watched the pergola project for a while before going to take a nap.

Paco got his naps in today, too- more than Weegie.

The geese land in the pond across the way.

Boulder and the rooster hang out on the terrace.

Boy, did I ever get the donkeky stare down today!

"Paco, let's see if we can just stare her down till she brings us some hay!
