A Very Mellow Saturday at The Lazy Vegan

Today was a very mellow day at The Lazy Vegan. It is hard to believe that just one week ago, over 100 wedding guests were here, milling about! It was a lot colder today, and so windy that the donkeys sought shelter in the barn for a while. I spent a lot of time hanging out with them and the rest of the zoo crew- a very relaxing day!
Boulder likes to ride on the foreman's shoulders sometimes.

Paco gets a harmonica lesson.

The boys love music!

Competing with the pups at carrot treat time.

The foreman picks through the last of the tomatoes.

The foreman takes a real estate call!

The boys in the corral...I just sat on the ground in the middle of the corral and watched them for a while. They have such a routine. They like to go to the same spots and sniff and check things out. And whenever there's a loud noise somewhere, they'll both freeze and perk their ears up. So cute!

Weegie was very relaxed today, too.

The donks don't really care for the wind. So they spent quite a long time hanging out in the barn.

One of their favorite things to do is pick up the thick (and very heavy) rubber mats that the pine shavings are on.

Venturing out of the barn.

Just in time for Bravo to make a quick exit!

Seems so empty without all the fancy tables and umbrellas and people!

Toby's happy to have the more relaxed pace back at The Lazy Vegan!
