RAIN Briefly Visits the Lazy Vegan, a Bobcat Sighting, the Fish are Fearless Again and More at the Lazy Vegan!

Happy 19th Birthday to my nephew Anthony today!!

The big excitement this week honestly was the arrival of RAIN!  Not much - not technically even more than a drizzle - but it went on all day and was such a wonderful sight!  I had to feed the donkeys in their "dining shelter" so they didn't get wet at dinner time.  Bravo left wet paw prints on the terrace and I had to turn the windshield wipers on while driving.  Woo hoo!  

Now that the heron isn't coming around (just a short visit one morning last week), the fish are coming out of their hiding places and are fearless once again...it is so cute to see the big Shubunkin swimming with the babies.

Each evening Rufus will venture into the kitchen while Wasabi is in her part of the living room.  It cracks me up how he'll then rest right in the open gate "doorway" !
