Oh, bunnies, bunnies and BUNNIES!! It has been another bunny-themed week here at the Lazy Vegan with the arrival of not one but two foster buns! We spiffed up the cabin and viola - instant rabbit resort! Harold and Fifi are the first bun guests at the Lazy Vegan Cabin Hotel! Fingers still crossed (paws, too) that the permanent bunny residents won't catch wind of the fact that other bunnies are here... we certainly do take the time to wash hands between visits and I'm very careful with where I wash litter boxes, etc., to avoid bringing any scent inside. Fifi still needs to be spayed and I'm hoping her hormones are airborne enough to reach the main house! At any rate, so far so good - it's great to help out when Sonoma Humane Society is so full!
Side-by-side cabin roomies! They both get plenty of supervised run-around time, too.
The x-pens just fit with still enough room to hop around and explore - separate hop around times, though.
Fifi on the move!
Sweet and a little shy Harold.
I made part of the deck safe, too.
Meanwhile, the oblivious bunnies indoors.
Paco and Luigi have noticed that the cabin is no longer vacant!
These two still have a little snarky time early in the morning which is annoying since I have to stick around to make sure it doesn't erupt in a fight. Not sure if it is residual from Louie the other foster being here or if it would have happened regardless. Bunnies!
Ridiculous flopped out Rufus.
Puffy cloud day.
Snap and I had fun walking to Forestville although she was snagged by a blackberry branch - ouch!
Fifi!
Harold takes in the view.
Snuggle time with Harold. He really seems to need some TLC. Fifi is pretty well-adjusted.
Fifi may look big here but she's a tiny gal.
Also went to the bunny playground this week and saw Mr. Louie!! Here he hangs out with Daisy.
And he checks out one of the carriers. He's such a love!
A relaxed guest at the bunny playground!
Had a great time at the Veg Fest - little video below!
YAY for my bunny friend, Cathy - she came to trim the bunnies' nails and she is an expert!!
Plus she said hi to the foster buns and, of course, the donks!
